These Terms of Service govern your use of Carolina Maid Rite's website and residential cleaning services. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Services
Carolina Maid Rite provides residential cleaning services in Charlotte and surrounding areas. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request and our confirmation. Please ensure access to your home at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of staff illness, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to areas not included in the original scope of service.
Insurance & Liability
Carolina Maid Rite is bonded and insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a cleaning visit, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address the issue in good faith. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.
Client Responsibilities
Please secure or remove fragile, irreplaceable, or high-value items prior to your cleaning visit. Ensure pets are secured in a safe area. Provide accurate information about your home and any special instructions at the time of booking.
Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Services
Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning services must be booked directly with our office. Please call or email us to schedule. These services are not available through our online booking system.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, check, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
